摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time for analyses and to enable the analysis of a micropart in an arbitrary place of a sample by adopting a radioisotope ray source having 4.4X10<9> pieces - 3.7X10<10> pieces per second emissivity of Moesbauer gamma rays for a gamma ray irradiation ray source. CONSTITUTION:The radioisotope ray source having 4.4X10<9> pieces - 3.7X10<10> pieces per second emissivity of the Moesbauer gamma rays is adopted for the gamma ray irradiation ray source 6. The rays to be projected on the surface of the sample to be analyzed are a circle of <=8mm diameter or a polygonal shape circumscribing the circle. A collimeter plug 2 of a through-hole is mounted on a collimator body 3 and the gamma ray projection position on the sample surface is inputted to a computer (CPU) 5. The distance between the ray source 6 and a detector and the measurement time are inputted to the CPU 5. A shutter 8 is opened automatically and step motors 10-13 operate so that a multiple pulse height analyzer 13 starts measurement automatically when the key for starting the measurement is pushed. The micropart in the arbitrary place in the sample is thus analyzed in a short period of the analysis.
