摘要 PURPOSE:To form an optimum operation plan by evaluating and correcting the operation plan by using the objective functions consisting of plural evaluation indices including qualitative evaluation items in such a manner as to minimize the objective functions with the operation limit conditions as restrictive conditions. CONSTITUTION:Various plan forming conditions such as operation start time of a nuclear reactor are first inputted through a plan forming interactive supporting part 1 which is an interface with a user. The initial values of the load pattern to realize a load change pattern and the core flow rate, etc., are determined by using the knowledge on the operation plan making in an approximate operation plan making part 2. The core state in the case of conformance with the operation plan is analyzed by using a core simulator 10 in a core state analyzing part 3. The state quantity such as core flow rate is obtd. from the results of the analysis. This state quantity is taken in and calculations are made in accordance with the functions given with the evaluation indices such as target reactor output in an evaluation index quantizing part 4. The evaluation indices are taken in an optimality decision part 5 and decision is made whether the indices are optimum or not in an optimization computing part 9. The operation plan is displayed to the user if the indices are optimum. The request for correcting the state quantity is determined if the indices are not optimum.
