Process for starting the spinning of a polyamide yarn
摘要
In the course of the winding-up of a freshly spun polyamide yarn which comes from the spinneret, the first yarn layers tend to become detached in the course of the winding-up process. This does not happen when the yarn, before being placed on the bobbin centre, is taken off the spinneret at a high speed in such a way that its modulus of elasticity is greater than the ratio of winding-up take-off force and winding-up extension. With this it is taken into account that the polyamide yarn tends to swell and that the winding-up extension has to be determined after subtraction of the swelling.
