PURPOSE:To accomplish the heating/cooling of sun-room and living room, and besides the heat storage of regenerative tank, by arranging such that a sun-room air is utilized as the heat source of heat pump unit and the regenerative tank equipped with a heat exchanger is connected with the heat pump unit through a circulation pipe and the like. CONSTITUTION:To cool a living room and the like simultaneously with the storage of heat in a regenerative tank in the summer or transient seasons, a four-way valve 6 is turned to a position indicated by a solid line, a switching valve 9a is turned to a heat exchanger 9 side and a damper 8 is moved to a position indicated by a dotted line, and by turning ON a fan 3a, a warm air of sun-room 1 is blown out by means of a fan 3a from an air inlet 2a to a heat exchanger 3 for cooling down its temperature therein. The air thus cooled down is again blown out into the sun-room 1 or the living room for thereby giving a cooling operation. On the other hand, a heat exchanger 9 functions to dissipate its heat as a condenser during the above process, and thereby raising the temperature of water in a tank 10. To heat the living room etc., in the winter season, the four-way valve 6 and the damper 8 are moved to their respective positions indicated by a dotted line, while the switch valve 9a is turned to a heat exchanger side. In this operation mode, the heat exchanger 3 starts functioning as a condenser upon fans 3a and 4a being turned ON, and a warm air is blown out in the sun- room 1 and the like for thereby achieving the room heating purpose. |
