PURPOSE:To improve a superconductive characteristic by mixing a specific metallic powder and a baked body powder obtained by preliminarily baking a specified compound oxide superconductive raw material powder. CONSTITUTION:A powder baked body is obtained by mixing and preliminarily baking powder of nitride, oxide, hydroxide, carbonate, sulfate, oxalate, or nitrate containing at least one kind of element alpha selected from periodic table IIa group elements, at least one kind of element beta selected from periodic table group IIIa elements, and at least one kind of element gamma selected from periodic table group Ib, IIb, IIIb, IVa, and VIII elements, and by crushing a baked body. The powder baked body and metallic powders are mixed wherein they have chemical potential of oxide formation at above ordinary temperature smaller than the element gamma, and sintered after extrusion process is conducted. This makes it possible to increase the critical temperature at which superconductivity of a substance is begun to show and the temperature at which the substance's electric resistance becomes complete zero. |
