PURPOSE:To attain excellent delay characteristics at a broad frequency band, by tilting plural coils constituting the titled electromagnetic delay line in the connecting direction and arranging them in parallel so as to obtain easily the optimum coupling coefficient between coil units. CONSTITUTION:A coil bobbin 6 has winding grooves 5, where the width is sufficiently longer and the thickness and the cross section is square, the grooves are formed integrally while being tilted in the lateral direction from the longitudinal arrangement, and flanges 8 sectioning adjacent winding grooves are formed in common. On each winding groove 5 of the coil bobbin 6 n-layer and m-turn per layer of coils forming an inductor L is wound, a lead wire reaching the next winding groove from each winding groove sequentially via a hole 7 is led out and a capacitor is connected with ground to constitute a lumped constant electromagnetic delay line. The coupling coefficient between sections of the delay line is selected to an optimum value by changing the tilt angle of each coil unit and the excellent delay characteristics are obtained at a broad frequency band. |
