PURPOSE:To prevent suspension arm brackets from being deformed toward the interior of a car by attaching reinforcing members for the suspension arm brackets supporting upper arms to the car body inside of wheel aprons by which side frames are connected to a floor panel. CONSTITUTION:The upper portions of right and left side frames 1 extending the cross direction of a car body are connected to the lower portion of a flat floor panel 3 through wheel aprons 2 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the car body. In addition, the lower portions of the side frames 1 are connected to a suspension member 4 extending in the width direction of the car body. Further, the base portions of a lower arms 5 are rotatably supported by both ends of the suspension member 4 and as well suspension arm brackets 7 for rotatably supporting the base portions of upper arms 6 are joined to the car body outside of the wheel aprons 2. The joints of the suspension arm brackets 7 are reinforced by the floor panel 3 in the upper end portions and cross-member sides 8 attached to the car body inside of the wheel aprons 2 at the side portions. |
