摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the maximum electrical power generation extracted from the extracting flow by a method wherein the opening degree of a last-stage extraction control valve is controlled at the maximum constant opening degree during the maximum electrical power generation limit, further the extraction pressure is continuously kept at constant condition in spit of the extracting flow variation. CONSTITUTION:A turbine control device 1 is inputted each speed signal S, the first extraction pressure signal P1 and the second extraction pressure signal P2 from a speed sensor 9, pressure sensors 10, 11, then outputs each speed load control, the first extraction pressure control and the second extraction pressure control to a steam control valve 2, the first extraction control valve 3 and the second extraction control valve 4, under said three controls are respectively noninterference condition. When the maximum electrical power generation is performed during electrical power high cost time zone, the extracting turbine control is performed at the maximum opening degree of the second extraction control valve 4. At this condition, extracting flows f1E, f2E are controlled by opening and closing of the steam control valve 2 and the second extraction control valve 3, as the extraction pressure P1, P2 are kept at constant condition according to the consumption at factories. Thereby, the maximum electrical output power can be obtained from the generator according to the extracting flow at that situation.
