PURPOSE:To discriminate an accident facility at a high speed with high reliability by sorting a group of power interruption facilities due to an accident by voltage classes, and discriminating the accident at the same voltage group unit from relay operation information in each group. CONSTITUTION:The system state of a power system is preserved in present system state preserving means 31, and state change is stored in storage processing means 33 at the time of an accident on the basis of its preserved content. A power interruption facility group is formed by forming means 34 from storage information of the means 33. The power interruption facility group is sorted by the voltage class of a power system 1, and a power interruption equal voltage facility group is formed by forming means 35. Operation information of a protective relay is edited at the same power interruption voltage facility group unit from the means 33. The accident facility is discriminated at the same power interruption voltage facility group unit by accident facility discriminating means 37. |
