The furniture attachment luminaire has a flat, box-shaped housing (7) and is arranged at the underside (4) of a piece of furniture (2) behind a screen. The housing (7) has at its narrow side a light-transparent cover (9) and, arranged behind it, a lamp, (11) having a reflector. In its operating position the luminaire is tilted downwards obliquely. The reflector (12, 18) which is arranged in the region of the lamp (11) is constructed to have two parts. The one reflector part (12) is in this case arranged in the housing (7) in a stationary manner, the other reflector part (18) folds outwards when the luminaire is tilted downwards into its operating position, as a result of which the reflector surface as a whole is increased. Despite the relatively small housing of the luminaire and its compact construction, a reflector can be created which has a sufficient reflecting surface. <IMAGE> |
