Pneumatic spinning equipment - has guide paddles within spinning chamber to control air streams and fibre flow

A pneumatic spinning unit is claimed, for natural and synthetic fibres, using a static cylindrical spinning chamber for air streams to whirl fibres round in an eddy pattern. The spinning chamber has an underpressure source at one end, the other end being sealed by a plug carrying the yarn outlet with air channels and a fibre of feed channel on its periphery. The cylindrical plug carries guide paddles on its lower surface. The lower edges of the paddles are held by a protective ring. The entry ports of the air feed channels are located in the spinning chamber below the upper edges of the guide paddles. The design increases the rotary speed of the ring of fibres formed within the cylindrical and static spinning chamber.
