PURPOSE: To shorten a waiting time in a congestive floor, by setting a standard service interval in accordance with traffic volume, and moreover standard time in accordance with the number of additional allocation cars based on a first condition time of a given car, when landing congestion is detected. CONSTITUTION: In a group control device 10 when landing congestion is detected by a detecting means 10D, plural cars are alloted to the landing by an allocation commanding means 10E to set standard service intervals, in accordance with traffic volume by a standard service interval setting means 10F: and moreover standard time to the congestive landing is set by a standard time setting means 10G, in accordance with the number of additional allocation cars based on the standard service intervals and the time of a first condition (an optional one of cage conditions following operation) time of a given car. An additional- allocation means 10J allots a car, having the small deviation between a second condition expecting time and standard time of a car predicted by a predicting means 10H, as an additional allocation car respectively. Thus transport efficiency in the congestive floor can be increased, also a waiting time can be shortened. |
