<p>PURPOSE:To bond a silicone rubber material to a plastic material in a high bonding strength, by cleaning the bonding surface of the silicone rubber material having a specified powder added thereto, treating this surface with a primer and bonding this surface to a plastic material through an RTV rubber adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A silicone rubber material is obtained by adding 5-15pts.wt. anhydrous silicate powder and/or silicate compound powder (e.g., Na2SiO3) of a particle diameter (undersize fraction of 50%) of 1-8mum is added to 100pts. wt. silicone rubber. The bonding surface of this silicone rubber material is cleaned with absolute ethanol, dried in air and treated with a primer. This silicone rubber material is bonded to a plastic material (e.g., acrylonitrile/styrene resin) through an RTV rubber adhesive.</p> |
