<p>PURPOSE:To quickly and reliably check the quantity by dividing a batch unit into a plurality of processing units and picking and tallying by each processing unit to tally the batch unit in a tally device for picked articles. CONSTITUTION:The order quantity from one shop is divided into plural processing units suitable to conduct tally processing by batch unit, and virtual shop numbers are given to the respective divisions to issue shop number cards. The virtual shop numbers with information required by each processing unit is input to a computer, and articles are picked from storage equipment by each processing unit and tallied at a position of an inspection console panel incorporating an adder A. Then, addition is performed by collating a shop number displayed on the inspection console panel with a shop number card and tallying. Thus, the sum per processing unit is obtained to check whether picking command number is acceptable or not. In this arrangement, the quantity can be checked quickly and reliably.</p> |
