SUCTION TYPE PARTICLE SHAPE SEPARATOR

PURPOSE: To separate finely-ground particles to aspherical particles and spherical particles by half cutting the inside of a rotary circular hole screen, providing one thereof with an air suction port to suck the particles and providing the other block with an air discharge port, thereby sucking the finely-ground particles into the rotary incular hole screen. CONSTITUTION: A separator body 1 provided with a hopper 2 for supplying a pulverulent body in its upper part is provided with the belt 4 driven circular hole screen 5 below the hopper 2. An aspherical particle receiver 6A and spherical particle receiver 6B are disposed before and behind a screen revolving shaft below the circular hole screen 5. A partition plate 3A for half cutting the inside of the circular hole screen 5 is disposed. The aspherical shape receiver side of the partitioned circular hole screen is provided with the air suction port 7 and the aspherical shape receiver side of the partitioned cylindrical screen is provided with the air discharge port 8. A brush 9 is disposed below the aspherical particle receiver 6A side. Consequently, the extremely finely- ground particles below 500μwhich are heretofore considered unseparable may be separated to the spherical shape and the aspherical shape.
