PURPOSE: To simply form a heat-insulating sheet with a condensation preventive surface at a low cost by continuously tearing off a crosslinking polyolefin resin foamed sheet and forming raising-shaped irregularities to the torn-off surface of the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A crosslinking polyolefin resin foamed sheet 1 is torn off continuously, and the heat-insulating sheets 11 with raising-shaped irregularities 111 are formed to the torn-off surfaces of the sheet 1. The raising-like irregularities 111 have a water-retention function in the heat-insulating sheet 11. The torn-off sections of the resin foamed sheet 1 are set in the degree of crosslinking smaller than other sections. Accordingly, the heat-insulating sheet 11 with the condensation preventive surface can be formed simply at a low cost. |
