<p>The control unit regulates the electric power to an ultrasonic dentistry instrument and a metering valve for the coolant flow in it. The electric power control (3) is connected via a linkage (4, 2,10) to the valve control (1). The power control can be connected via a slide (4) to a pivoting lever(2). Alternatively the power control can have a rotary cam actuating the valve control. The valve can have a taper slide, moved by the control between the valve inlet and outlet.</p> |
