: For high pressure spraying of liquid substances such as glue it is proposed to spray the liquid substance under constant pressure at regular intervals, so that a control of the quantity of sprayed material can be achieved by varying the impulse time of the spraying without changing the pressure under which the spraying takes place. This type of spraying is especially suitable for the gluing of chipped material with glue which upon improper use can form hazardous aerosols.
