PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compsn. giving a ceramic green sheet having superior strength without cracking a sheet during drying by heating or causing defects during calcination, by adding a specified binder to powdery starting materials for ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A binder is obtd. by blending 100pts.wt. polyvinyl butyral resin having 200-300 polymn. degree with 10-40pts.wt. polyvinyl butyral resin having 1,000-1,200 polymn. degree. Powdery starting materials for ceramics such as PbTiO3-PbZrO3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 are mixed with the binder, a plasticizer such as phthalic ester and a solvent to obtain a compsn. for a ceramic green sheet. |
