PURPOSE:To enable a large amount of hot water to be discharged by a method wherein in case the consumption of gas in an equipment exceeds an amount of gas supplied to the equipment, a supplying of gas to an additional burning gas burner is stopped to increase the amount of gas supplied to a hot water gas burner. CONSTITUTION:When the amount of fed-out hot water is increased or a hot water temperature is set at its high value, the consumption of gas of a hot water feeding gas burner 20 is more than a difference between an amount of gas to be supplied to the equipment and a consumption of gas in an additional burning gas burner 40. When the burner 40 shows a combustion state under the additional burning operation, a hot water temperature is apt to be decreased than a predetermined temperature set by a hot water temperature setting unit 3. When an electrical current corresponding to the decreased temperature flows through an exciting coil for a proportional valve 1, the electrical current exceeds a reference value of a comparator 67. When a signal indicating this condition is outputted from a comparator, an additional burning valve 41 is closed and then the burner 40 is diminished and a large amount of gas can be supplied to the hot water feeding gas burner 20. |
