PURPOSE:To enable to dispose auxiliary coils of the prescribed number at the prescribed positions without influence of the disposition of drive coils nor reducing the drive torque by inserting the auxiliary coil into a hole which is formed at a base plate for holding the drive coil. CONSTITUTION:A hole 12a is formed at the prescribed position of a base plate 12 for holding a drive coil 4, and an auxiliary coil 10 is inserted into the hole. Thus, auxiliary coils can be disposed not only in the space between the drive coils but also under the drive coils, and the auxiliary coils of the prescribed number can be disposed at the prescribed position without dropping the drive torque nor influence of the disposition of the drive coils. |
