PURPOSE:To obtain a readily moldable material, substantially insoluble in organic solvents and having extremely high resistance, by treating an oxidation polymer of an aniline based compound with an organic amine based compound. CONSTITUTION:An oxidation polymer of an aniline based compound is treated with an organic amine based compound. An aniline based compound expressed by formula I (R<1> and R<2> are H, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, allyloxy, amino, alkylamino or arylamino; R<3> and R<4> are H, alkyl or aryl) is used as the aniline based compound. An organic amine based compound expressed by formula II (R<5> and R<6> are C or N; R<7> and R<8> are H or alkyl; X is residue capable of condensing with R<5> and R<6> and forming a heteromonocyclic or heteropolycyclic ring) is used as the organic amine based compound.
