<p>PURPOSE: To easily generate a trapezold signal waveform by controlling the rate at which a driving means is turned on and off through a feedback path and then controlling the voltage level of the signal at an output terminal. CONSTITUTION: The gate terminal of a driving transistor(TR) 11 is connected to a node 22 between a pull-up TR 16 and a pull-down TR 17 and controlled. The drain terminal of the driving TR 11 is connected to a bus line 14 to control the bus line 14. Then the pull-up TR 16 is turned on and a current is sent to the node 22 at the rate depending upon a current source to increase the voltage level of the node 22. When the voltage level of the node 22 reaches the threshold level of the driving TR 11, the driving TR 11 begins to be turned on to lower the voltage level of the bus line 14, and the current flows from the bus line 14 to the driving TR 11 at the variation rate of the voltage level. Consequently, the signal on the bus line 14 has trapezold slew.</p> |
