<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to speed up the impregnation of resin liquid and to reduce the generation of bubbles and voids by a method wherein base materials to be impregnated are brought into contact with the resin liquids under the state that the base materials are compressed individually and, after that, the base materials in contact with the resin liquids are released from their compressed states. CONSTITUTION:Base materials 1 are compressed by passing through pairs of rolls 6 and 6 so as to drive the air in the base materials out and, just after that, plunged in liquid wells 8. During the passing of the base materials through the liquid wells 8, the base materials 1 tend to restore their original shapes by their elastic forces, resulting in generating suction forces, due to which resin liquids penetrate in the interior of the base material 1. Thus, the decreases of bubble and void and the reduction of the time required for impregnation become possible.</p> |
