<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled coating outstanding in adhesiveness of the coating film therefrom to highly crystalline plastic surface of low polarity, comprising a polyurethane resin, ring opening expandable spiro-ortho-ester resin, cellulose derivative, OH-contg. surfactant and electrically conductive material. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating comprising (A) a polyurethane resin (pref. with an average mol. wt. Mn of 4,000-7,000), (B) a ring opening expandable spiro-ortho-ester resin {pref. with a spiro-ortho-esterification degree of 300-400g/eq and epoxy value of 4.65/eq; e.g. 2,2-bis[4-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) phenyl]propane-6-hexanolide polyadduct}, (C) a cellulose derivative (pref. with higher butylation or propylation degree), (D) a OH group-contg. surfactant, and (E) an electrically conductive material (e.g. electrically conductive carbon).</p> |
