PURPOSE:To surely inform the data to a receiver at the scheduled time point for transmission of data by urging the discontinuation of application of a telephone circuit if this circuit is busy before said scheduled time point and then switching a telephone to a transmitting part when the telephone circuit is not busy. CONSTITUTION:At a time point t1 before the scheduled time point for transmission of data, a detecting part 20 detects the using state of a telephone circuit T and sends the result of this detection to a control part 60. When the circuit T is busy, the part 60 informs the time remaining up to a scheduled time point t2 for transmission of data to a user. For this purpose, a display signal 61 and a voice signal 62 are sent to a display part 51 and a voice part 52 respectively. Thus a prescribed message is displayed or informed by voice. When the user discontinues the application of the circuit T, the circuit T is switched to a transmitting part 10 from a telephone tel via a switch part 30. While a different message is delivered when the user continues the application of the circuit T. When the result of detection shows that the circuit T is not busy, the part 30 switches the circuit T to the part 10 at the time point t2. Thus the data D is informed to the receiver via the circuit T. |
