<p>Piezoelectric ink printing head in which at least one piezoelectric drive unit (1) acts on the ink in a channel (5) in such a way as to cause a drop-like jet of ink to be ejected from a nozzle (22) through piezoelectric constriction. The drive element (1) contains a piezo-ceramic part (2) with an ink channel (5); a first electrode (3) is positioned on the piezo-ceramic part (2) together with a second electrode (4) which is insulated from the first (3). The nozzle front (21) having at least one nozzle (22) is directly connected to the piezo-ceramic parts (2). The method provides for the ink printing head to be made in one piece from piezo-ceramic strip (46) with channel-like cavities and metal coatings.</p> |
