PURPOSE:To dispense with the installation of an exclusive liq. chemical passage and cleaning of an electrolytic cell by providing two water supply ports separately communicating with an electrode chamber in the water supply part of an electrolysis device, making the polarity of the electrolysis device changeable, and providing a valve for changing the passage over when the polarity is changed. CONSTITUTION:Raw water is separately introduced into the respective electrode chambers 5a and 5b from a couple of water supply ports 7a and 7b of the electrolysis device 1. When the liq. chemical is added, the liq. chemical is mixed into the raw water at the water supply ports 7a and 7b or on the upstream side. A voltage is impressed on the electrodes 4a and 4b to electrolyze the water introduced into the electrolytic cell 6, and the obtained alkaline and acidic ion water are delivered from electrolytic water passages 9a and 9b. The polarity of the electrolysis device 1 is changed at regular time intervals, and the device is operated. The passage change-over valve device 2 is changed over, and alkaline water and acidic water are discharged from the respective intakes irrespective of the change over of the electrode. In addition when the dial of a flow ratio controller 3 is operated, the flow rates in a couple of water discharge passages are relatively changed, and the pH of the electrolytic water is changed. |
