PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent property with a high critical temperature and a high critical current density value by crushing a preliminarily baked substance of a superconductor material powder into a preliminarily baked powder, mixing a binder to the preliminarily baked powder to granuate and dry to make a granuated substance, and filling it inside a metallic outer tube. CONSTITUTION:After baking a superconductor material powder preliminarily, it is crushed into a preliminarily baked powder, then a binder is mixed to the preliminarily baked powder to granuate and dry to make a granuated substance, which is filled inside a metallic outer tube. In this case, the preliminary baking temperature is made 900 to 1020 deg.C, particularly preferably in the scope 920 to 960 deg.C. When the preliminary baking temperature is low, the tendency of producing Y2Cu2O5 or BaCuO2 is increased to lose the superconductive property, and when the temperature is high, the BaCuO2 is dissolved, or the ratio of YBa2Cu3O7-alpha which is the superconductive material component is reduced. The particle diameter when the preliminarily baked substance is crushed into the preliminarily baked powder is made 0.5 to 2.0mum. In such a way, a high critical temperature Tc and a large critical current density Jc value can be obtained. |
