In a process for manufacturing a light-modulation device, a composite film, sheet or strip is manufactured by known techniques, in particular extrusion, lamination, calandering, and coating. At least one layer of electrolytic material is applied to a counter electrode in the form of a preferably flexible film, sheet or strip or equivalent. Elements in the shape of points, segments or strips are cut out of this composite film or sheet by known techniques such as stamping, punching, or laser cutting. |
