PURPOSE:To exchange a focal plate easily without giving flaws and stains by interchanging the focal plate by the use of an interchanging member. CONSTITUTION:A focal plate unit consists of a focal plate mounting member 2, a focal plate group 3 and an interchanging member coupling and holding member 4. This unit is mounted and dismounted into and from the recess in the lower part of the pentagonal prism unit of a camera body 1. An interchanging member 6 is coupled to the member 4 of the focal plate unit. By holding the member 6 in this state, the user mounts or dismounts the focal plate unit to or from the camera. Since a focal plate protecting stopper 5 is provided to the member 6 and the top end face of the member 2 is made higher than the focal plate group, the member 6 will not contact the focal plate group 3. |
