PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of measurement and the responsiveness, by using a semipermeable membrane tube through which water molecules can permeate and by sealing the periphery of the tube with water. CONSTITUTION:A measuring gas is passed through a measuring-gas introduction port 1 and a comparator cell 2 for correction of a delay time and moistened to be saturated inside a compared gas moistening semipermeable membrane tube 10. Then it flows along the inner wall of a zirconia porcelain 12 being an ion bonding substance and is exhausted 4. The air is passed through an air introduction port 8 and a three-way solenoid valve 7 for switching the air and the measuring gas and moistened to be saturated inside a sample gas moistening semipermeable membrane tube 11, and it flows along the outer wall of the porcelain 12 and is exhausted 13. The concentration of oxygen in the measuring gas is detected 15 by that the air and the measuring gas flow along the inner and outer walls of the porcelain 12 in this way. Next, the measuring gas getting in from the introduction port 1 is absorbed by a carbonic acid gas absorbing agent 5, passed through the valve 7 and moistened to be saturated in the tube 11, and if flows along the outer wall of the porcelain 12 to be exhausted 13. Herein the measuring gas and the other measuring gas wherefrom a carbonic acid gas is absorbed by the absorbing agent 5 flow along the inner and outer walls of the porcelain 12, the concentration of oxygen is detected 15, and the concentration of the carbonic acid gas is computed 16. |
