PURPOSE:To prevent decrease of efficiency and miniaturize the scale, by providing a bag-mouth binding mechanism in the passage of a bag pinching hollow on opening a claw arm in addition to connection of a slide pin and a power transmission unit to force the said slide pin to move back from the bag pinching hollow at the open position of a couple of claw arms. CONSTITUTION:A couple of claw arms 32, 33 are disposed in both lower sides of a clamp rod 17 and supported at respective ends thereof by a machine bed 15 through axes 34, 35 to work together by means of engaging of a pair of gears 36, 37 fixed at the axes. Further bag pinching hollows 38, 39 are formed inside the open ends of both claw arms. When the claw arms 32, 33 press a bag a, a cam 47 thereof pushes forwards a lock pin 45 by the rotation thereof. Accordingly, the bag is wrung thin. The mouth edge of the bag is kept within the bag pinching hollow 39 by the lock pin 45 and the claw arms 32, 33 are released. The bag a is transferred, being supported by one of the claw arm 33. The mouth edge of the bag a is bound by a binding mechanism 70 provided on the way of the transference. |
