PURPOSE:To prevent mixing of extraneous materials by laminating the first green sheet group where electrode patterns are mounted and also the second green sheet group of protective insulating layer at upper and lower parts of the first green sheet and by mounting the electrode patterns for displaying characteristics in the vicinity of the bottom of the surface at the outmost layer thereof. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet is cut to have a desired area and a green sheet 1 where internal electrodes 11 are stuck to one side surface of the above green sheet and are dried by screen printing as well as the green sheet 7 where electrodes 12 for displaying characteristics are stuck and dried are prepared. The green sheet 1 on which the electrodes 11 is printed is piled up and down by putting it between green sheet protective layers 2 which has no print of the electrodes, and similarly a green sheet 7 of the electrodes 12 for displaying the characteristics is piled up, and further an upper protective layer 6 is piled up to press a laminated body 3 thermally. Green chip pieces 4 which are cut into the forms of pieces are fired and subsequently, the surfaces of chips are partially scraped and then the electrodes 12 for displaying the characteristics appear. In this way, difference between external views makes it possible to prevent mixing of extraneous materials and the like. |
