The invention relates to a logic output and low-power analog input amplifier device comprising an input stage (1) forming a low-level, high-impedance preamplifier, intermediate amplifier means (2) and an output stage (3) which is able to transform the output from these intermediate amplifier means (2) into a logic signal. Intermediate amplifier means (2) comprise a first stage (5) whose operating point is adjusted between a blocking state corresponding to the delivery by the output stage (3) of a logic signal in the low state and a start-of-conduction state corresponding to the delivery by the output stage of a logic signal in the high state. The intermediate amplifier means further comprise a servocontrol loop for the operating point of the said first stage (5).
