A single container assembly for storing separately two injection medicaments includes two containers 20,21 one placed inside the other and confining two independent compartments, for storing two injection medicaments. The medicaments can be taken out by a syringe needle from the compartments, through at least one pierceable wall portion 203. Access to the first compartment may be through a removable or a pierceable wall portion 213. The pierceable wall portions are in alignment and spaced apart from one another at a distance smaller than the length of the syringe needle so that the needle can penetrate successively into the two compartments without having to be removed from either one of the compartments, such that two substances can be mixed in the second compartment before being withdrawn. The inner container may be positioned within the outer container by leg means (204, Figure 1) or by a flange (402, Figure 4).
