发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ALUMINUM VAPOR DEPOSITED LAMINATED FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the adhesive strength of a laminate by laminating a composition wherein specified quantities of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer and elastomer are blended on the aluminum vapor deposited surface of a plastic film. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin composition, which is composed of 40-99wt.% of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin and 60-1wt.% of elastomer and contains 1-15wt.% of acrylic acid unit, is prepared. This ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin composition is extruded and laminated on the aluminum vapor deposited surface of the aluminum vapor deposited plastic film to make an aluminum vapor deposited laminated film. The said aluminum vapor deposited film is a film on which aluminum is formed to about 100-800Angstrom thickness by means of vacuum deposition etc., after a corona discharge treatment.
