PURPOSE:To obtain WAKAME seaweed from which a viscous material is oozed out, by preserving raw WAKAME seaweed with salt in such a degree as to ooze out the viscous material by rubbing, rubbing, desalting the WAKAME seaweed with water, softening and coloring with warm water. CONSTITUTION:Raw WAKAME seaweed is preserved with salt in such a degree as to ooze out a viscous material by rubbing, preferably for about 2hr, rubbed, desalted, softened and colored to give viscous WAKAME seaweed. |
