PURPOSE:To obtain processed food of prawn having enriched flavor of prawn, by blending Eumalacostraca (Crustacea) paste with an additive and attaching the blend to shell-containing Eumalacostraca or to Eumalacostraca from which shell is removed. CONSTITUTION:Eumalacostraca and/or Crustacea which has been abandoned is ground into paste and mixed with an additive (e.g. protein or saccharide) to give a blend, which is attached to shell-containing Eumalacostraca or Eumalacostraca from which shell is removed to enrich a flavor of prawn. |
