<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain stable joining strength by integrately forming a part of lead part of a coil for using to quenching of inner surface of cylindrical work, etc., and coil part and brazing a part of the lead part and the other part through a joint. CONSTITUTION:In the titled coil having the coil part below the lead part, the lead part 4 is divided into the lower lead 4b and the upper lead 4a, which are integrately worked with main body 2 of the petal type coil part 1. Then, the leads 4a, 4b are connected by brazing through the joint 5 inserting the end parts together with them. In order to produce this coil, the petal type cylindrical body 10 is integrately worked from rectangular parallelepiped copper block 9 and machined so as to remain a ring part 11 and a column part 12, and a slit 13 and holes 15 are formed in the column part 12. Next, by brazing a cover body 3 to the main body 2, the coil part 1 is formed and also the ring part 11 and remaining part 14 are cut off, and an insulating plate 8 is inserted into the slit 13 and the joint 5 is inserted into the holes 15 and the upper lead 4a, and both are brazed.</p> |
