PURPOSE:To perform block transfer in the same memory device by one time of access when block transfer designation is issued from a master connected to a common bus, by holding the number of transfer blocks, and counting up an address when a mode designation signal from the master shows the block transfer designation in the same memory device. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted in such a way that means 13-19 which hold the number of designated transfer blocks hen the mode designation signal from the master 2a, 2b,... is decoded and it is the block transfer designation in the same memory device, and the means 20-23 which count up the address until a counted value arrives at the number of transfer blocks held at the holding means are provided. In such a way, it is possible to perform the block transfer by one time of access when the block transfer designation in the same memory device is received from the master 2a, 2b,... connected to the common bus 3. |
