摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food useful as a healthy food, having good palatability even in high content of food fibers, by adding food fibers obtained by grinding bran of grains into an at least partially microfibrillated state. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food containing food fibers obtained by grinding bran of grains into an at least partially microfibrillated state. The food fibers have >=30% NDF value and the amount of the food fibers added is preferably 0.3-50wt.%.
