发明名称 BLAST FURNACE OPERATING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To promote reducing reaction of iron ore by lowering temp. of heat holding zone and to improve the productivity by using coke having the specific reactivity and grain size as the coke charged in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:The coke having >=30% JIS reactivity is adjusted to <=15mm grain size and this high reactive coke is mixed with the ordinary coke and iron ore to charge in the blast furnace. As this high reactive coke is small grain size and has high reactivity, the interface reaction, by which CO2 in the furnace becomes CO by bringing into contact with the coke surface, is smoothly executed. Further, as this result, CO gas generating in the furnace reduces the iron ore and the reaction reduced into low class oxide or metallic condition is promoted. As the gasified reaction of the coke is endothermic reaction, the temp. of the heat holding zone in the shaft of the blast furnace can be descended. As a result, the reducing reaction of the iron ore by CO gas can be further promoted than the ordinary method.
