MORPHOLINE DERIVATIVES, PREPARATION THEREOF AND USE THEREOF Morpholine derivatives of the formula: wherein R1 is a heterocyclic group selected from uracilyl, cytosinyl, hypoxanthinyl, adeninyl and thiazolyl, which may be substituted with halogen or carbamoyl, R2 is an N-containinq unsaturated heterocyclic group which may be substituted with oxo or lower alkyl, and R3 is a hydrogen atom or a phosphono group, and method therefor. The derivatives, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, have antitumor activity.
