PURPOSE: To use a lottery material in various uses by forming a heat adhesive resin layer on a main face of a lottery base material, forming an adhesion inhibiting layer on at least a part of a main face of the heat adhesive resin layer, and forming a lottery layer among the lottery base material, the heat adhesive resin layer and the adhesion inhibiting layer, or the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: A concealment layer 14 is formed on one of main faces of a lottery base material 12 by the silver impression printing with a silver ink or the like, and a lottery layer 16 is formed on a surface thereof. A heat adhesive resin layer 18 is formed on the surface of this concealment layer 14. An adhesion inhibiting layer 20 is partially formed on a main face of the heat adhesive resin layer 18 for impairing the adhesive strength of the heat adhesive resin layer 18, so that it is weakly adhered to the adhesion inhibiting layer 20. This adhesion inhibiting layer 20 is formed by a resin selected from a resin not having the adhesive property when the heat adhesive resin layer 18 is melted by heating, or a resin having the adhesive property only at a temperature higher than that of a resin selected as the heat adhesive resin used in the heat adhesive resin layer 18. Accordingly, the lottery base material 12 can be easily separated from an area having the adhesion inhibiting layer 20. |
