PURPOSE:To obtain the titled readily handleable food rich in nutrition, injecting ground paste comprising animal bone containing marrow as a main raw material into an edible package under pressure and coagulating. CONSTITUTION:A pasty flesh food material obtained by grinding animal bone containing marrow as a main raw material is packed through an injection pipe of syringe needle shape into an edible package (e.g. fried bean curd) having no opening part under pressure and coagulated under heating to give the aimed food. |
