摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize tapped iron quantity and slag ratio at each iron tapping hole by dividing plural tuyeres arranged at peripheral direction of lower part in a blast furnace into plural blocks and controlling blowing condition of powdery ore and fine powdered coal, etc., at each block. CONSTITUTION:For example, the three iron tapping holes 1a-1c are arranged at almost the same intervals to the peripheral direction of the lower part in the blast furnace. The thirty tuyeres 2 are arranged at almost the same intervals so as to surround the blast furnace wall 1 at upper part of the iron tapping holes 1a-1c. These tuyeres 2 are divided into the three blocks 2a-2c corresponding to the iron tapping holes 1a-1c and main pipe for supplying the powdery material of the powdery ore and the fine powdered coal, etc., is connected as each block 2a-2c unit. Therefore, by controlling the supplying quantity of the powdery material in this main pipe, the flow rate of the powdery material blowing in the furnace from the tuyere at each block 2a-2c unit can be controlled corresponding to the each iron tapping hole 1a-1c. As a result, imbalances of the tapped iron quantity and the slag ratio, etc., at the peripheral direction in the blast furnace can be canceled out.
