PURPOSE:To color printing data dynamically and thereby enable printing to be performed in a readable and understandable manner by providing a dynamic coloring information addition means for adding dynamic coloring information to format information. CONSTITUTION:A coloring information addition means 11 adds coloring information to format information selected by a format information setting means 27. When this dynamic coloring information is contained in the format information, a dynamic format information control means 12 colors printing data based on the dynamic coloring information under the control provided by a printing control means 25. For instance, when the value of an item to be printed in a field to be printed is negative, printing data is 1 colored, and when the value is positive, the data is not colored. |
