PURPOSE:To freely select a program to be executed at a firm substrate side and to permit the switching of the program, etc., in a softwarewise way, by arranging a common memory accessible from both a main substrate and a firm substrate between them, and sending the program from a main substrate side to the firm substrate side via the common memory. CONSTITUTION:The program is sent from the main substrate 11 side to the firm substrate 12 side by interposing the common memory 14 between the main substrate 11 and the firm substrate 12. Thereby, it is possible to select the program to be executed at the firm substrate 12 side from the main substrate 11 side, and to perform the switching of the program in the softwarewise way. Also, when the program is corrected, it is enough to send the program newly by correcting the program stored in an external storage device 13, thereby, working efficiency can be improved and high universality can be obtained.
