PURPOSE:To make it easy to fill an aerosol bomb with a gas and discharge the gas, by firmly holding the upper side of a valve body, which has been housed in a valve-supporting cylinder, with a fixing part of the valve-supporting cylinder, and the bottom side of the valve body with a caulking part. CONSTITUTION:A valve-supporting cylinder 6 which as been molded integrally with the bottom 2 of an aerosol bomb is provided therein with a fixing part 10 and an aperture 11 leading to the inside of the aerosol bomb. A valve body 7, made of an elastic material, to be inserted into the valve-supporting cylinder 6, is prevented from moving upward by the fixing part 10, while valve body forms a passage from the aperture 11 to the atmosphere when pressurized from the bottom. Further, a caulking part 8 extending from around the bottom edge of the valve-supporting cylinder 6 holds the bottom side of the valve body 7 by caulking it with application of inward pressure. As a result, charging of the aerosol bomb wit a gas and discharging of the gas, both from the bottom side, can be performed easily and efficiently and, at the same time, the airtightness of the aerosol bomb can be maintained. |
